London, 9 May 2019 - Manolete Partners plc (“Manolete”), the leading UK insolvency litigation financing company, announces the appointment of Rachel Grant, to lead Manolete’s Scottish practice.

Rachel’s appointment is the latest development in Manolete’s rapid regional expansion strategy and further enhances its status as the UK’s leading specialist insolvency litigation finance company. It also follows a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) in December 2018.

Rachel will be responsible for leading Manolete in Scotland. With over 25 years of experience in insolvency law, Rachel joins Manolete from leading Scottish law firm Brodies LLP, where she worked for 11 years. Recognised as one of Scotland’s leading insolvency lawyers, Rachel has a top tier ranking and was inducted into the Legal 500 Hall of Fame.

Rachel is a member of the R3 General Technical Committee and Scottish Technical Committee (which she chaired for over ten years). She is a member and former chair of the Law Society Insolvency Accreditation Panel.
